Emirates Park Zoo and Resort, Abu Dhabi’s premier zoo and resort destination brings life to the zoo with fun and energetic performances by the dynamic team of African drummers.

Hailing from the vibrant country of Ghana, Emirates Park Zoo and Resorts’ African drummers will showcase the rich culture of the Accra people in a traditional Fume-Fume drumming and dancing performance in selected parts of the zoo including the main entrance, resort entrance, petting zoo, reptile house and the resort pool. Witness the spectacular performance and interactive drumming lessons in the show of Magician vs. African Drummers every day except Thursdays from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the Animal Theatre.

The 6 members of Emirates Park Zoo and Resort’s African Drum Band has been bringing joy to the family-friendly destination for more than 2 years. He said, “It’s always fulfilling to witness guests cheering and dancing to our music. Our audience, especially the children, are very interactive and eager to learn how to play the drums.”
