Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (EMPOWER), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, has achieved LEED Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council for its 3rd cooling plant located in Business Bay in Dubai. Receiving this certificate honors Empower’s efforts to preserve the environment as the company is always keen to keep its projects up to the international standards at a time Empower’s work goes in line with the US Green Building Council strategy to promote green buildings globally.

Empower’s3rd plant getting this certificate shows the company’s commitment to adopt most stringent sustainability policy implemented in the cooling servicesindustry. This is not the first time Empower receives the gold certification from the US Green Building Council where it has received this certification earlier for its 2nd business bay plant and for its warehouses in Al Qouz, which show its pioneering leadership in the green buildings field.
