As an appreciation of the amazing efforts exerted by its team, and in the pursuit of creating a motivating work environment, Huawei Consumer Business Group Saudi Arabia has launched for the first time in Saudi Arabia “Huawei Saudi Stars” Initiative, through which the company rewarded its employees for achieving the highest sales in 2017 by taking them in a trip to China.

 

This initiative comes from the care of Huawei’s to show appreciation and it’s an emphasis on the importance of making the work environment encouraging and motivating. The aim of the initiative is to encourage Huawei employees and improve their skills and productivity to move forward and work hard, which will reflect positively on Huawei’s clients in the kingdom.

 

The trip’s program lasts for five days, which includes tours to tourist attractions and recreational areas such as Canton Tower, Huawei’s Labs and Factories, in addition to a special visit to Huawei’s largest showroom in China.

 

Pablo Ning, President of Huawei Consumer Business Group Saudi Arabia said: “We believe in the capacities of Saudi youth and we always encourage them to improve their skills further within the attractive environment of Huawei’s. Therefore, we worked on launching the motivating “Huawei Saudi Stars” to boost their morale and help them advance in their career, which will be reflected on the level of Huawei’s customer service and satisfaction.”
