More than 3,000 visitors have enjoyed breaking their fast this Ramadan at the Kahraman Ramadan Majlis, located at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre (JRCC). The past month has seen the facility establish itself as a first-choice destination for government and private organisations wishing to host Iftar and Suhoor gatherings for their employees and families and to make the most of the impeccable ambience and premium cuisine on offer.

With its fusion of luxurious décor and inspiring atmosphere, its scrumptious array of authentic local and Arabian cuisine and its traditional entertainment, JRCC’s Kahraman has developed a well-deserved reputation as a high-end venue where families and friends can enjoy a truly memorable experience. Those visiting over the holy month have been able to enjoy the very best hospitality services and a comprehensive selection of the most delicious dishes from local, Arab and international cuisines. All of the food on offer is prepared by a team of highly professional chefs who have won more than 60 medals at international culinary competitions.

 

This year’s Ramadan has seen JRCC’s Kahraman Majlis host 3,000 visitors taking part in 50 events, of which 24 were corporate. Highlights of these included the Sharjah Economic Ramadan Majlis, which was titled ‘Innovative Economy’ and hosted by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) in collaboration with Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCII) and Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah), and the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre (Sheraa) Ramadan Majlis, where they discussed entrepreneurship in Sharjah. Other events included the annual Suhoor event organised by NAMA Women Advancement Establishment, and the celebration held by the Sharjah Environment Company (Bee’ah) to mark its 10th anniversary.

The Kahraman Ramadan Majlis also hosted 20 Iftar and Suhoor events for individuals and families, which saw the highest standards of hospitality delivered in a spiritual Ramadan ambience. It also conducted several outside catering activities. In alignment with JRCC’s commitment to supporting charitable initiatives, the facility prepared a number of Iftar boxes that were distributed to people in need as part of community and charitable projects launched by government bodies.

The Kahraman Ramadan Majlis comprises a fitted venue with a seating capacity of more than 300 guests, including four stylishly-designed private Majlises, each with a capacity of 30 guests, and four private dining Majlises, each with a capacity of 20 guests. It houses a separate dining room that serves traditional Emirati Iftar and Suhoor offerings and also provides ablution (wudu) facilities, prayer rooms for men and women, and free Wi-Fi connection.

 

JRCC’s Kahraman Majlis offers entertainment activities upon request; including live music and the broadcasting of Ramadan TV programmes on large screens. Women’s only Majlises, media technology to facilitate conferences and exhibitions, and free valet parking for guests are also provided at the facility.
