The Arabian Travel Market Exhibition (ATM) is the leading global event for the Middle East travel industry and generates over $2.5bn in business deals.
ATM will feature multiple highlights such as the Buyer’s Speed Networking Event, which allows exhibitors to meet with senior buyers for five minutes at a time and the Digital Influencer Speed Networking event – an opportunity for travel bloggers to meet with those in the industry. The Careers in Travel event presents opportunities for students to break into the market and finally, the Travel Agent’s Academy introduces a series of two half-day programmes offering free training and networking for agents.
Other show features are the Wellness Lounge, the Taste of ILTM, which connects luxury buyers with exhibitors, Buyers’ Club Lounges and the Travel Tech Show which showcases breakthrough innovations in the industry. Users are able to personalise their itinerary and create a schedule that’s ideal for them.
the show attracted over 39,000 professionals, 2,661 exhibiting countries and 940 members of the press. Various travel sectors were covered such as Destinations, Travel Technology, Cruise, Hospitality, Car Rental, Medical, Spa and Wellness, and within these, exhibitors displayed innovative products and services, while launching new opportunities. For buyers, this event was extremely beneficial with 85% saying they found the right supplier match at the event itself.
