Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI), in cooperation with Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), has announced the opening of a brand new ZOOM store in DMI headquarters, which will provide exceptional services to DMI employees.

 

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by H.E Sami Al Qamzi, DMI’s Deputy Chairman and Managing Director, and H.E Saif Humaid Al Falasi, group CEO at ENOC, in addition to a number of DMI and ENOC executive employees.

 

With the launch of this store, DMI becomes the first government entity to open a retail store inside their premises, through which its employees will experience exceptional shopping services, a wide variety of fresh foods and refreshments, newspapers and magazines and household items. Also, ‘ZOOM’ offers bill payments at the cashier.

 

Commenting on this, His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO at ENOC, said: “The opening of the ZOOM store in the headquarters of DMI marks a milestone for ENOC, as it is the first time we are cooperating with a government entity to open our standalone retail store within its premises.”

 

Al Falasi continued: “As a wholly-owned entity of the Government of Dubai, our partnership with DMI underlines our commitment to work closely with other government entities to provide them with our latest offers and services. Open 20 hours a day, the new outlet will further strengthen ZOOM’s footprint and underlines our focus to provide the highest-quality products matched by superior customer service standards.

 

Mr. Faisal Abdulla, Executive Director for Institutional Support and Director at DMI said, “We are delighted with this partnership that has brought us together with ENOC, and the opportunities that it has provided to our employees. The management was keen to provide this initiative, in order to acquire services that meet employee needs in a convenient way."

 

ENOC is expanding its operations and plans to build 54 new service stations by 2020, to become one of the largest retail networks of ZOOM stores, and meet the daily needs of customers and their families.
