Almarai Company organized a marathon championship for its staff at Hail city last week celebrating the World Anti-obesity Day. More than 100 Almarai staff participated in the marathon in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, civil defense, Red Crescent, Police Department, General Sports Authority, and several government bodies.

 

This marathon is part of the sporting and entertainment activities organized for Almarai staff. The activities aim to enhance positive spirit and communication among staff at workspace and to spread awareness on the need to control obesity. 

 

It is noteworthy that Almarai Company sponsors several events and activities under the corporate social responsibility program. Through this program, the Company supports several sporting events due its belief in the importance of sport in boosting public health and instilling positive values in the society.
