ART MARINE to bring new sailing destinations to Dubai

ART MARINE, the region’s largest and best-known 360-degree leisure marine enterprise, is pleased to announce its collaboration with “The Heart of Europe” on the World Islands. As the leading regional marina management company, they will bring their knowledge of operating world-class marinas, acting as an advisory during the development phase, and operate them upon completion of the various phases. All clients who purchase a villa will be offered the enviable option of receiving an exclusive Riva ISEO, part of the overall sales package when purchasing a sizeable property at “The Heart of Europe.”

Bruno Meier, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Marina Division at ART MARINE, said: “The ‘Heart of Europe’ is an exclusive project and we are proud to have been appointed for the development and management of their various boutique marinas. We are fully committed to make these marinas the most sought after destinations in the region.”
ART MARINE has recognised their marina management division as a stepping stone to offering its array of products and services in the marinas and destinations they manage, whether this is through yacht sales & brokerage, yacht after sales service, yacht valet service or its marine products division.
Sailing new horizons again, the company has identified additional strategic destinations in the region. ART MARINE has taken its flagship division to the Red Sea, to Soma Bay near Hurghada, and most recently to the prestigious “Ayla Resort” on the northern shores of Aqaba.

Greg Stinner, ART MARINE’s CEO, commented: “We are extremely pleased to announce our collaboration with ‘The Heart of Europe’ as UAE expansion is always a core part of our growth strategy. Successfully opening Abu Dhabi’s first high-end marine leisure boutique at the prestigious Emirates Palace Hotel & Marina last December is testament to that. We have also identified the Red Sea in our development plans for 2015, with marinas in Egypt and Jordan, along with an emphasis on product innovation and bringing the best brands to our portfolio.”

The division, which ART MARINE is arguably best known for though, is yacht sales, which is boasting successful sales in the last year for its unique range of legendary Riva boats with unmatchable quality and unmistakable style. Riva, a boutique shipyard, part of the Ferretti Group, produces open, coupé and flybridge yachts from 27’ to 122’ feet in their Italian facilities at both Sarnico and La Spezia. Three models will also be added to the product range this year, including the groundbreaking coupé 88’ Florida, which have already received great interest amongst ART MARINE’s discerning clientele. ART MARINE is also proud to have been selected as the exclusive dealer in the UAE for Blohm + Voss, the renowned German shipyard with 135 years of heritage, having built some of the most exclusive and largest private yachts worldwide. With this appointment, ART MARINE becomes the only brokerage company in the UAE offering mega yachts over 80 meters.

However, the stand-out new brand creating a real buzz in Dubai’s maritime community, is the Dutch U-Boat Worx submarines, which are like ‘sub sea limousines’ for intrepid explorers to indulge in their own private adventures of natural open sea aquariums. These are the most advanced submarines ever built and have set the standards for 21st century underwater exploration.
