Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, is taking its sustainability efforts to the next level through VCM, the community management provider that Azizi recently hired. VCM has just signed a partnership agreement with Imdaad, a Dubai-based group of companies that provides integrated, sustainable facilities management services that enhance operational efficiencies of physical assets, to promote recycling within Azizi’s communities.

Through the new partnership, Azizi Developments seeks to, among other things, place recycling bins in its lobbies as well as recycling cages in open areas where paper waste may be collected.

VCM is finalising contracts with leading organisations in the realm of sustainability, in line with Dubai’s environmental initiatives, and educating stakeholders on how to reduce waste and contribute to the preservation of the environment through organised educational sessions.
