DBWC explores Digital Transformation for Businesses at Network Majlis

The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), the official representative organization for business women, both professionals and entrepreneurs, in the Emirate of Dubai, hosted its March Network Majlis, titled ‘Digital Transformation for Businesses’. The workshop was facilitated by Karan Patel, Marketing Manager and Belal Beseiso, VP Business Development, both from 2GIS. 

 

The 2GIS team presented benefits of digital transformation for smaller businesses while they explored digital marketing trends and how they can be implemented to businesses. DBWC members also showed great interest in the impact of social media and the future of social networks. 

 

“A digital presence is pivotal for every business no matter how big or small,`’said HE Dr. Raja Easa Saleh Al Gurg, President of DBWC. “However, it is also a topic that is evolving constantly and it can be quite challenging to stay abreast of latest trends, new platforms and stratgeies. We aim to provide ongoing digital training to our members to support in their ongoing learning and development and 2GIS provided an excellent discussion on best practises today.”

 

During the session, Karan focussed on Digital Marketing Insights, Digital transformation for SME’s and how it can help them to grow and the Power of social media for businesses. Belal continued with a discussion on the Power to Direct Marketing for Businesses followed with a quick product demonstration, relevant to the members’ business needs.
