This year, the company is participating to the IWS exhibition to consolidate its presence on the Middle East market and settle new business opportunities. Ecoplage has implemented 7 systems in France and 1 in Dubaï in 2011 on the Madinat Al Jumeirah beach. This beach was suffering from severe erosion and was nourished regularly. 3 years after implementation, Ecoplage enabled to reduce the erosion significantly on this beach with no need for external sand nourishment.

Ecoplage is a French company which provides an ecological process against beach erosion coupled with the production and recovery of filtered sea water.
Discovered in 1982, the ecoplage system consists in placing drains under the beach, parallel to the coastline and linked to a pump station. It enhances water infiltration and deposit of sand, with no negative impact on the nearby coast or fauna and flora.
