 Fichte and Co., a leading Dubai-based law firm, is gearing up for aggressive growth by opening an office in Abu Dhabi and launching the “Iran Desk”. 

 

The firm’s team of seven partners and 25 lawyers recently celebrated Fichte and Co.’s 10th anniversary. The firm’s newly established Abu Dhabi office was launched by Fichte and Co.’s partner, Mr. Ziad Touma, earlier this year.  Touma’s decision to open an office in the capital comes at a time when large and medium sized companies are seeking a cost effective, flexible alternative to large international legal firms.  The Abu Dhabi team will focus on providing legal counsel to corporate, commercial, and real estate clients.

 

 

Fichte and Co. is introducing Ms. Atousa Mahmoudpour, the head of “Iran Desk” at the firm’s Dubai office.  The department has brought together specialist lawyers to advise medium to large size companies on recent updates on the sanctions regime, business development, Iranian laws and regulations, corresponding international laws and regulations, and business interests.  The exceptional approach of the department is not only to cover all the legal corners of this exciting opportunity, but to also assist interested entities liaised with the right contacts in Iran.
