International brand OshKosh B’gosh launches ‘The OshKosh Club’ loyalty program powered by UrbanBuz in the UAE

New and innovative customer engagement concept to revitalise the retail industry


Mechany Fashion LLC, regional franchisee of the internationally renowned children’s apparel retailer OshKosh B’gosh has launched a customer engagement program called The OshKosh Club. The program has been developed by Dubai-based digital loyalty platform UrbanBuz, and is available to customers in stores across the UAE.

Customers will be rewarded instantly for purchases and other interactions with the brand through a cashback system. Unlike traditional customer loyalty schemes, there are no forms to fill and no cards to carry, making the process of signing up and rewarding simple, quick and streamlined. The customer can check their balance at any time, keeping them up to date with every transaction. The program is accessible via, and integrated across, mobile and digital channels, including social media.
