Isnaad, a subsidiary of Imdaad that provides a comprehensive range of Soft Facility Management with specialized cleaning services and highly-trained manpower supply, has been named the ‘Top Cleaning Company of the Year’ at the second edition of the prestigious Middle East Cleaning, Hygiene & Facilities (MECHF) Awards.

 

Isnaad’s Director, Joseph Philip accepted the award on behalf of the company at a glittering ceremony held recently at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, in the presence of senior officials and industry leaders. The MECHF Awards celebrate success and excellence in the commercial and institutional cleaning, hygiene and soft FM industries in the region.

Established in 2013, Isnaad has positioned itself as a key player in the UAE’s soft services market over the last six years. In an eventful 2018, Isnaad hit major milestones in revenue and client growth. The unit reported 28 percent increase in annual revenues as it maintained a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19 percent for the past three years – nearly twice as fast as the sector’s expansion rate. It won 25 new contracts last year, including Queen Elizabeth 2 and Dubai Sports Council, and recorded client renewal and satisfaction rates of 80 percent and 88 percent respectively.
