On the same day, an agreement was signed between LuLu Saudi Hypermarkets and Cooperative Societies Council to promote and sell Saudi produced agricultural products through LuLu Hypermarkets across KSA.

Dr. Abdullah Kadman, chairman — Cooperative Societies Council and Shehim Muhammed, director — LuLu Saudi Hypermarkets signed the agreement in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Al Ayadah, deputy minister - MEWA.

Al Ayadah said: “LuLu is one of the leading companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which has both a local and regional presence. We count on them a lot as a major player that will help us in promoting agricultural marketing, especially for small farmers and members of associations.”
