MAPLE BEAR EARLY LEARNING CENTER OPENS IN BURJ AREA

- Renowned Canadian nursery reinforces its position in the region

– Maple Bear, the world renowned early childhood education provider founded in Canada is pleased to announce the opening of its second branch in Dubai, the Maple Bear Early Learning Centre. The brand’s regional launch is the result of a partnership with The Learning Curve Holdings LTD, an education investment holding company. The official opening was held under the patronage and attendance of H.H Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum, and partners for the centre Buthaina Ahmed Khoory and Saurabh Narain. The event welcomed VIP guests including Saeed Al Quatamy, CEO Deyaar Developer Co., Mr. Ahmed Hashim Khoory , Mrs. Mariam Othman, General Manager of Rashid Pediatric Therapy Center, Eyad Al Moussa, Office Manager of the KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) General Manager, Mr Hisham Hashim Khoory, Mr.Haroon Al Olamaa, and Mr. Mohamed AlAwar.

With over 20,000 students worldwide in 170 schools in 11 countries worldwide, Maple Bear has a long tradition of excellence in providing academic programs around the critical foundation stages of education, offering a child centric philosophy and a focus on learning through play. Delivering one of the top curricula in the world, the system is focused on early childhood development with clear learning outcomes to develop strong skill sets for lifelong learning. Ideally located in the central Burj area in Burlington Tower, the nursery offers an inspiring environment to inspire children to become more confident, make friends and learn. Spanning over 5,300 sq. feet indoors and outdoors, the spacious centre will provide superior childcare and education for children aged 18 months to six years. Additionally, Maple Bear places a great deal of emphasis on CSR initiatives and seeks to have a positive impact on the communities in which it operates, identifying opportunities to contribute and give back.

This new Burj area branch of Maple Bear is the first owned by Early Stars ELC LLC, which has committed to setting up five centres within the UAE over the next 30 months. Early Stars is owned and managed by two young entrepreneurs who are collaborating to fill the gap for the world-class early education in Dubai, and help the future generations of the city; Mr Saurabh Narain and Ms Buthaina Ahmad Mir Hashim Khoori. Buthaina is an active member of the Board in many family businesses and also actively works with her father Mr. Ahmed Khoory who is the Founder and Mrs. Maryam Othaman Co- Founder of The Rashid Center.
