New Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 now available for pre-order in Saudi Arabia

Samsung Saudi Arabia announced that pre-orders for its new fourth-generation Galaxy Z series devices are now open across the KSA. The Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 embody Samsung’s openness philosophy by delivering technology and innovation to mainstream users, delivering new, effective interactions to enhance everyday life.

Galaxy Z Flip4

The Galaxy Z Flip4 comes equipped with new key features, including an upgraded camera experience, a larger battery and expanded customisation. It also maintains its ultra-compact design, offering users the most comprehensive smartphone experience, given its compact design, immersive displays, PC-like multitasking features, advanced camera technology, and powerful mobile processors.

Users can shoot videos hands-free or capture full group selfies at various angles by partially folding the Z Flip4 to activate the FlexCam. The phone is optimised for the most popular social platforms, including Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook, consolidating Samsung’s partnership with Meta. The mobile’s upgraded camera, which is equipped with a 65% brighter sensor powered by the Snapdragon® 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform, enables users to take more stable photos and videos during the day or night. 

Additionally, the Galaxy Z Flip4 can operate longer between charges with the expanded 3,700mAh battery, where Super Fast Charging is now supported on the Z Flip4, granting a 50% battery charge in around 30 minutes and keeping users connected when they’re running low. 

The mobile’s most refined design to date incorporates a slimmer hinge, straightened edges, contrasting hazed back glass and glossy metal frames. 

Galaxy Z Fold4

The Galaxy Z Fold4 combines Samsung’s mobile expertise and innovation, resulting in the most powerful smartphone to date. The new device has increased functionality, whether opened, closed, or in Flex mode, and is the first device to ship with Android 12L, a special version of Android created by Google for large-screen experiences, including foldables.

Making the Galaxy Z Fold4 even more practical than ever is the multitasking that users can employ using the device. The new Taskbar provides a layout similar to your PC, offering access to your favourite and recent apps, and users are able to instantly switch full-screen apps to pop-up windows or split their screen in half for more ways to multitask, enabling them to get more done on the move. 

Thanks to Samsung’s partnership with Google and Microsoft, Google apps, including Chrome and Gmail, now support drag-and-drop, allowing users to quickly copy and paste links, photos and more from one app to another. With Google Meet, users can now connect with more people while enjoying virtual co-activities, including co-watching videos on YouTube or playing games together on a video call. Microsoft’s full Office suite and Outlook take advantage of the foldable display, providing more information on-screen and faster ways to interact with content. Better yet, the multitasking experience is made complete with the S Pen functionality, enabling on-the-go drawing and notetaking.

The Galaxy Z Fold4 ensures users stunning photos and videos with an upgraded 50MP wide lens and 30x Space Zoom lens. A variety of camera modes, including the larger Zoom map activated on Capture View Mode, Dual Preview, and Rear Cam Selfie, are custom-built to take advantage of the unique form factor for increased capturing flexibility. With the larger pixel size, a 23% brighter sensor, and enhanced processing power, users can capture clear images, even at night. 

Both devices enjoy optimum durability due to their Armor Aluminum frames and hinge cover, along with exclusive Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus®+ on the Cover Screen and rear glass, making the Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 the toughest foldable devices ever. Additionally, the Main Screen panel is also enhanced thanks to the optimised layer structure, helping reduce damage from external shock.
