(Taqeem) launches its first program for qualifying the trainers in real estate curriculums

After the success of the training courses that were held by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem), an urgent need emerged for preparing more qualified trainers to provide these courses, and those have to be able to present the training curriculums according to scientific bases and to the requested qualification. From this point (Taqeem) launched a new program to prepare the trainers, and the authority defines Thursday 4th of February 2016 as the deadline for the application of the program.

The program is for all the interested and the concerned in accrediting them as trainers in the real estate valuation courses, in which each trainer should attend 80 days of training except the examinations days, in eight intensive courses, each course takes 8 to 13 days of work, and the courses shall begin in the mid of the coming March.

About this program, the Executive Director of Taqeem Academy, the engineer Ahmad Sabri stresses that the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers - from its concern to organize the profession, and to provide specialized trainers - cooperate with the National Institute of Valuation and the administration of the property valuation services in Malaysia to launch this program, which will provide comprehensive deep knowledge in the valuation profession. He adds: " each curriculum of the trainers’ program would be equivalent toeach curriculum of the qualifying valuers program, and the Authority is keen to provide the maximum benefits to its trainers. The hours of presenting the training courses will be calculated to the trainer, and considered as some requested experience hours for getting any Authority membership classifications in the real estate field.

The program will be presented in the English language, and the Simultaneous Interpreting would be offered besides a copy of the memorandums in Arabic language, and because it is the first of its kind, the Authority expects great attendance, so it was set for limited number, and the priority will be to the best, the certificates will be granted to the trainers according to four levels which are: a trainer participant entitled to train the first 75 training hours of qualifying valuers program , an accredited trainer entitled to train the first 150 training hours of the qualifying training program , an accredited trainer entitled to train the first 200 training hours of qualifying valuers program and a fellow trainer entitled to train all courses of qualifying training program for 300 training hours .

And about the expected benefits from this program, the Executive Director of Taqeem Academy clarifies that; “the Authority would work with the trainers who would pass these courses, and they would participate in presenting the valuation courses, which is held by the Authority in qualifying program in the real estate field from the beginning of May 2016.
