-               GCC guests travelling by car get a full car wash, tank refilling, tyre pumping, bonnet covering and a desert survival kit for their return journey

 

Rixos The Palm, the ultimate lifestyle destination on Palm Jumeirah, has launched a special package for GCC guests travelling by car to Dubai.

In addition to all of the other services and facilities available at the resort, including accommodation in Rixos The Palm’s comfortable guest rooms and suites; daily breakfast; access to the resort’s leisure facilities including the beach, pool, kids club, main gym and ladies gym, guests who book The Desert Drive package will receive a professional car wash, a full tank of petrol, pumped tyres, bonnet sun protection coating as well as a desert survival kit of water and coffee biscuits for the drive home.

Alexander Schneider, General Manager of the resort commented: “We often have guests visiting us from the GCC countries by car, so we wanted to offer a service that really appeals to this market. With The Desert Drive package, they no longer need to worry about all the preparation needed for their long drive back through the harsh desert sun, because we do all of that for them. They are often travelling for many hours, even days sometimes, so when they get here their cars are in in need of some TLC and likewise when they return, it is good to prepare them for their long drive with plenty of water, caffeinated coffee biscuits and a car that is ready to go.”

The resort has recently launched a whole collection of packages that are completely tailored to the needs of guests. “When designing our packages and promotions, we are constantly looking at new ways to satisfy our guests and to appeal to their needs in ways that other hotels don’t.  Hotel’s tend to get caught up in creating packages that serve their business needs - however we do this the other way round and it’s really paying off” he continued.
