Global Proptech Summit 2027

The Global PropTech Summit (TGPS) is an international platform that convenes policymakers, investors, developers, technology companies, and industry stakeholders to examine the technologies, regulatory frameworks, and investment models shaping the future of real estate.

In its third edition, TGPS 2027 is held under the theme Scaling Intelligence, reflecting the sector’s shift from digital experimentation to structured implementation. The Summit explores how AI, data infrastructure, tokenization, digital twins, and emerging market platforms are being integrated into real estate systems to support more transparent, efficient, and investable markets.

Since its inception, the platform has brought together more than 10,000 industry professionals from over 85 countries, alongside 100+ speakers, 100+ exhibitors, 50+ sessions, and 40+ workshops, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and market development. Its reach has extended beyond the event itself, generating 300M+ impressions, 800K+ website visits, and 500K+ livestream viewers.

By bringing together leaders from across the public and private sectors, the platform contributes to the development of the standards, partnerships, and operating models required for the next phase of real estate transformation. As technology becomes increasingly embedded across the built environment, TGPS serves as a forum for aligning innovation, capital, and policy while supporting Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for PropTech innovation and real estate technology adoption.
