EMC today announced that the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) has recognized EMC among the Top 10 Best Companies to Work For in the UAE. 

Announced at an awards ceremony on 8th March at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, the official list is a ranking of the nation’s 20 best employers based on the confidential feedback of employees and an audit of management practices.

A regular on the GPTW ranking since 2012, EMC reports a significantly improved position at number 6 and bagged the top spot among ICT companies in the UAE.

GPTW recognized EMC for its success in creating a collaborative, high performance work environment that is built on trust and offers employees on going professional and career development opportunities. EMC earned significant pointes for placing the health and happiness of their employees at the strategic center of the business; and empowering HR leaders with innovative tools and resources. The company boasts a work environment and culture that is designed to attract and retain high performing candidates.
