NWC announces the completion of the water network project in Al-Muzailif

The National Water Company (NWC) has announced the completion of the water network project in Al-Muzailif Governorate in the Makkah Region. This is part of the company’s strategic plans to implement development projects for water and environmental services in the region at a cost of approximately 24 million Saudi Riyals.


NWC explained that the project in Al-Muzailif Governorate includes the establishment of a water network with a length of more than 218,776 meters and different diameters to support the water system in Al-Muzailif Governorate and the neighboring villages.


The company stated that the project will have a significant impact on improving the quality of services provided and will improve the supply in the districts and villages in the governorate, including Al-Juhu, Al-Zarabiya, Al-Malawhah, Abu Oudain, Al-Matalqah, Al-Karamih, Hamadah, Al-Muzailif sectors 1, 2 and 3, Al-Bahrah, Al-Adl, Al-Najeeat, Al-Awamirah, Al-Sananiah, Al-Makbab, Salam Al-Danan, Al-Shaghz, Al-Qaim, Al-Sha'irah, Al-Watah, and Al-Qadab.


NWC mentioned that the project is part of the scheduled plans to achieve strategic goals in the implementation of water projects, increase the efficiency of services provided in the Makkah Region, develop them to the highest standards, meet the increasing demand for the services, and improve the level of services provided to the beneficiaries in line with the goals of Vision 2030.
