OPEC+ will hold its postponed ministerial meeting online next week after a conflict within the oil-producing cartel about the production quotas of African countries.
The struggle pushed OPEC+ to delay its meeting four days from Nov. 26 to Nov. 30.
The rescheduled meeting will coincide with Day 1 of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 28), which will be held in Dubai.
Markets are waiting for the OPEC+ meeting, which will discuss measures to shore up the market next year.
