 The Rib Room Bar at Jumeirah Emirates Towers is now open, offering Dubai’s business community an intimate and sophisticated venue for executive meetings, casual after work catch-ups and pre-dinner drinks.

 

An extension to established steakhouse The Rib Room, the newly launched The Rib Room Bar offers a distinct food and drink menu to complement the award-winning restaurant. The bar is accessible through its own entrance in the hotel lobby and the décor is characterised by tones of turquoise and tan, dark wood and classic leather to create a polished, yet understated, look and feel.

 

Catering to the surrounding business district and DIFC, the bar will serve coffee from 9am, perfect for mid-morning meetings, and a new express business lunch — ideal for busy executives looking for a quick bite without compromising on quality. 

 

The lunch menu offers a choice of a classic dishes ranging from a hearty steak sandwich and croque monsieur oozing with Gruyère cheese to a smoked salmon sandwich and lighter salads paired with a coffee or homemade iced tea for AED 65. 

 

By nightfall, the bar transforms into the perfect spot for a post-work social with a diverse range of single malts, classic cocktails and grape by the glass starting at AED 35. Daily Happy Hour runs from 5pm - 8pm. 

 

Visitors to The Rib Room restaurant can enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif in the bar before taking their table for dinner, or post-meal merriment with friends and colleagues.

 

For those seeking a relaxed evening dining experience, a selection of delectable, skillfully-crafted gourmet bar snacks is offered at The Rib Room Bar, including pan-fried foie gras served over a warm green bean salad on toast, wagyu beef sliders, veal rib spring rolls and a selection of artisanal cheese and charcuterie.
