RAMADAN AT FORTNUM & MASON DUBAI

Fortnum & Mason is set to introduce a special ‘Feast Menu’ throughout the month of Ramadan. Designed to enjoy with friends and family, the menu offers a unique combination of classic British food, with the famous Middle Eastern style of sharing and sense of community that is so important throughout the holy month.

The Feast Menu consists of a huge array of salads, small plates, main dishes, and various cheeses and mini cakes; the perfect accompaniment to guests coming together to break their fast and share their first meal of the day.

Dishes are served on the table with guests and their loved ones able to indulge in a wide selection of delicious offerings including Fortnum’s Prawn & Crab Cocktail, Smoked Duck Celeriac Remoulade, Red Pepper & Basil Tart to start, and Pan Seared Sea Bass with Rainbow Chard, Mussels & Fish Cream, Roast Glen Arm Rib of Beef with Boulangère potatoes, Truffle Beans & Thyme Jus and Artichoke risotto with Parmesan Shavings & Artichoke Crisps as mains.

The custom-created Ramadan Feast Menu must be pre-booked; the recently launched all-day dining menu will also be available to order, a la carte.

Fortnum & Mason Dubai will serve food from Iftar until 03:00am every day in the Restaurant & Tea Salon and The Parlour, and the ground floor retail section will be open from 11:00am-03:00am, offering perfect Ramadan and Eid Gifts.
