Assistant Finance Minister for International Finance and Policies Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abdulaziz bin Miteb Al-Rasheed led his country's delegation to the meeting of Governors Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) on behalf of Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadhli.
During the meeting, which is scheduled to conclude in Rome tomorrow, ministers and heads of delegations taking part in the event, discussed a number of issues on the agenda.
Saudi Arabia is a key constituent member of the organization established in 1977 and at least about 100 countries have benefited from its contributions to the agency.
