Volkswagen Oman, represented by Premium Motors, the exclusive dealership of the brand in the Sultanate, rolled out a loyalty programme titled 'Advance' for its customers on May 15, 2023.
The Volkswagen loyalty programme 'Advance' will be available to customers who own three or more Volkswagen vehicles, or have had their Volkswagen cars serviced three times or more since December 2020. Members of the Oman Volkswagen Club will also be eligible for the programme.
As a member of the loyalty programme, customers can enjoy several benefits, including a 30% discount on engine oil, a 15% discount on service parts, and up to a 25% discount on spare parts used in repairs carried out at Volkswagen service centres and workshops.
Members who refer a new Volkswagen customer to Premium Motors for repairs will receive 10% of the labour value as an incentive, which can be redeemed during their next service.
In addition, members of the 'Advance' loyalty programme will receive a special rate of OMR 25 for car polish for all Volkswagen models, as well as a 15% discount on accessories*.
