In line with national efforts to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19)

 

Focusing on various aspects of car maintenance and repair, providing services include washing, sterilisation, and oil replacement.

 

Rafid Automotive Solutions, a joint venture between Sharjah Asset Management – the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah – and OWS Auto, launched the "AutoXpress Mobile Workshop,” a mobile workshop offering quick car repair and maintenance service.

 

The mobile workshop provides a variety of services based on customer requirements and adheres to the highest quality standards.

HE Salim Saeed Al Midfa, General Manager of Rafid Automotive Solutions, said,

 “As part of our corporate social responsibility, we aim towards ensuring the safety of our customers, encouraging them to stay indoors during this time. This initiative was launched in line with the general directives of the leadership of the United Arab Emirates, and national efforts implemented in response to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.”

Customers can book the “AutoXpress Mobile Workshop" and avail the services at the comfort of their home to benefit from the maintenance and replacement packages. Some of the services provided include, light restoration, A/C treatment, car body wash, express polish, oil and oil filter change and Caronia- special sterilisation to disinfect the car of the virus causing bacteria, Al Midfa added.

It also provides a vehicle sterilization service protecting individuals from contracting the virus, by encouraging all employees to follow strict precautions, including maintaining a distance from the customers at their homes, and sterilizing all tools used.

 Rafid recently applied the remote work system, encouraging users to access all car related services on its own smart application, website and phone. These services reflect the best in new and innovative means to improve and develop its business and gain customer satisfaction.
